Title:On corporate culture...
Any large organization is said to have a unique "culture", meaning the overall priorities, policies, standards, and habits of group members. I believe that the culture of a corporation has a profound influence upon said corporation's success or failure, and thus is too important to leave to chance. Furthermore, I think one of the primary responsibilities of the founders is to define and reinforce a culture that is self-sustaining and beneficial for all.
